These terms govern your use of Novari Study. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. We've kept them as plain as we can.
The Agreement
This is a binding agreement between you and Novari Study. By accessing the platform, generating study aids, or participating in Study Groups, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility & Acceptable Use
Minimum requirements
You must be at least 13, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Accounts created by minors without appropriate consent may be terminated.
Acceptable use
Don't use Novari to generate harmful content, to violate your school's academic-integrity rules, or to reverse-engineer or abuse the service.
Your Content
Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to the documents and text you upload. Novari claims no ownership. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process and display that content to provide the service to you.
Note: You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and process the materials you provide.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Billing: paid plans are charged at the start of each billing period through our payment partner (Paystack).
- Cancellation: cancel anytime; your plan's benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: subscriptions are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
- Pricing changes: we may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.
Study Groups
When you share materials with a Study Group, you grant its members a limited licence to view and interact with that content. You can revoke access at any time by removing the material from the shared library.
Warranties & Liability
Novari is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated content can be wrong or incomplete — verify anything important. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Not a substitute for your own judgement
Study materials Novari generates are a study aid, not authoritative answers. Always check against your syllabus and trusted sources.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination your right to use the service ends, and we may delete data associated with your account in line with our Privacy Policy.
