Tell us the email address on your account, the device and browser you use, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps. Never send your password; we will never ask for it. For a payment problem include the date and the amount shown on your receipt.

Answers before you write

Signed-in students can also send feedback from inside the app, which reaches the same team. Novari Study is based in Ghana and serves students across West Africa and beyond.
